Nottingham Forest are said to be the favourites to sign promising teenager Jili Bubaya from non-league Hornchurch FC.
The Non-League Paper claim that Forest are keeping tabs on the midfielder, but will face competition for his signature.
Other clubs who have reportedly sent scouts to watch Bubaya include fellow Championship side Peterborough United and Premier League heavyweights Manchester City and Chelsea.
Having only just started his career as a footballer, there is very little known about Bubaya, but Hornchurch manager Mark Stimson has already tipped him for big things2, and with the reigning Premier League and Champions League winners said to be interested, it appears Bubaya may have the talent to make it to the top level of English football.
If he can live up to this potential, then Bubaya will be a vital asset to Steve Cooper’s rebuild of the club.

Bubaya is a 19-year-old who plays on the left of midfield.
His career so far
After getting released from Premier League side Crystal Palace in the summer, he had a brief trial at Chelsea before eventually signing for Hornchurch in September.
He made his debut for the Urchins in a 1-0 defeat against Bishop's Stortford, before earning his first start for the club three days later at home to Margate, where he assisted Hornchurch’s first goal as the home side won 2-1.
So far, Bubaya has two goals and two assists in 10 appearances for Hornchurch, helping the London-based side to 14th in the Isthmian League Premier Division, in the seventh tier of English Football.
