A new Selling Sunset spin-off series has been confirmed which will focus on an all-black and all-female estate agency in Florida.
Selling Tampa is due to hit Netflix in December and promises to be just as deliciously drama-filled as the original.
The news comes days before the launch of Selling Sunset season 4 - which will be available on Netflix from November 24, 2021.

Netflix released a teaser for the new show, which shows the Selling Sunset cast flicking a key up in the air, for it to be caught by the cast of the new Tampa show.
So what can we expect from this spin-off show, Selling Tampa?
Here’s a look at the cast of the first Tampa season and when it will be hitting Netflix .
What is Selling Tampa about?
Selling Tampa will be set in Florida and follow the estate agency firm Allure Realty.
"Owned by military vet Sharelle Rosado, this all-Black, all-female real estate firm has its eyes set on dominating the Suncoast," the show’s synopsis reads.
"These ladies are equally as fun as they are fiercely ambitious, with all of them vying to be on top of the lavish world of luxury waterfront real estate.
"Sharelle has big plans for her brokerage and won't let anyone or anything get in the way of making her dreams a reality."
If Selling Sunset is anything to go by, the show will likely be filled with drama, gossip, and houses we can only dream about one day owning.

Who is in the Selling Tampa cast?
Led by CEO Sharelle Rosado, the show's cast includes Juawana Colbert, Colony Reeves, Anne-Sophie Petit-Frere, Tennille Moore, Karla Giorgio, Alexis Williams and Rena Frazier.
Sharelle Rosado
Sharelle is the founder and CEO of Allure Realty, and first created the luxury real estate firm in Tampa Bay, Florida back in 2019.
Her experience as a former paratrooper in the US military has transferred over to her ferocious business skills.
Juawana Colbert
Juawana was born in Los Angeles, where her grandfather owned a number of apartment units and would bring her along during inspections.
She is one of Allure Realty’s top-performing agents and has a background as an executive in Economic Development.
Colony Reeves
Colony was born and raised in Tampa and quickly made a name for herself when she entered the real estate industry.
She hopes to change lives through real estate and inform others about wealth building and home ownership.
Anne-Sophie Petit-Frere
The former property accountant-turned-real-estate-professional has won a ‘top agent’ award on several occasions.
She has a background in analytical accounting as well as marketing and branding specialties.
Tennille Moore
Born and raised in Florida, Tennille has lived in Tampa for more than 16 years and is a former chief legislative assistant in the Florida senate.
She’s a mother of three and has a big emphasis on family.
Karla Giorgio
Real estate professional Karla was born in Venezuela but moved to Orlando, Florida as a child.
She started selling cars at the age of 16 at the family dealership, which sparked her interest in selling.
Alexis Williams
Full-time estate agent Alexis specialises in listing and selling residential properties.
She’s known for her compassion and negotiation skills.
Rena Upshaw-Frazier
The University of Florida graduate studied Civil and Enforcement Engineering before going on to obtain a law degree.
She’s held a real estate licence since 2018 and is now a broker associate at Allure Realty.
When is Selling Tampa on Netflix?
Selling Tampa is set to hit Netflix on December 15, 2021.
Which means you’ve got just enough time to binge the new season of Selling Sunset (several times over) before watching it.
Are there any more Selling Sunset spin-offs?
As well as Selling Tampa, it looks like Netflix will be trying to capitalise further on the reality TV show Selling Sunset’s success.
Selling the OC is also in the works, which looks set to see Selling Sunset’s Jason Oppenheim expanding into Orange County.
However, there is no current teaser or release date for that show.
