There was a new face in charge on Loose Women on Wednesday an the woman at the helm was Charlene White.
Charlene headed up a panel, which also include Stacey Solomon, Janet Street-Porter and Brenda Edwards as the show returned in its usual 12.30pm slot after This Morning.
And even This Morning host Eamonn Holmes was surprised to see Charlene, saying: "I was looking at you on the news yesterday and I thought, she must have some big event coming up and now look what it is!
Charlene replied: "It is a big event, me being in the hot seat on Loose Women, Eamonn!"
Charlene is best known for being news reader on ITV, fronting ITV London's evening bulletins and has also hosted nationwide lunchtime and evening news broadcasts for the channel, as well as making history in 2014 for becoming the first ever black female presenter to front the famous News at Ten.
One fan was delighted to see her on Loose Women, tweeting: "The delightful human that is Charlene White. What a treat."
