Who has qualified for the Champions League last-16? Every team through to the knockout stages

The Uefa Champions League last-16 draw takes place on Monday, and a host of Europe's heavyweight clubs have already qualified for the knockout stages.

All four of England's four representatives - Manchester City, Chelsea, Tottenham and holders Liverpool - have sealed progress to the round of 16, and will be joined by Clasico rivals Barcelona and Real Madrid.

Fresh from winning the Ballon d'Or, Lionel Messi will be looking to lead Barca back to European glory - but can Liverpool win the famous trophy for a second year running?

Who has qualified?

Seeded

  • PSG (Group A)
  • Bayern Munich (Group B)
  • Manchester City (Group C)
  • Juventus (Group D)
  • Liverpool (Group E, holders)
  • Barcelona (Group F)
  • RB Leipzig (Group G)
  • Valencia (Group H)

Unseeded

  • Real Madrid (Group A)
  • Tottenham (Group B)
  • Atalanta (Group C)
  • Atletico Madrid (Group D)
  • Napoli (Group E)
  • Borussia Dortmund (Group F)
  • Lyon (Group G)
  • Chelsea (Group H)

When is the draw?

The Champions League last-16 draw takes place at 11am GMT on Monday, 16 December, 2019.

How will the draw work?

Two seeding pots are formed: one consisting of the eight group winners and the other of the eight runners-up.

Group winners also get the added bonus of playing away in the first legs.

At this stage, teams from the same country or group can't face each other - but that all changes at the quarter-final stage.

Last-16 fixture dates

The first legs will be played across two weeks in February, with games on 18/19 and 25/26 of that month.

The second legs will be played across two weeks in March, with games on 10/11 and 17/18.
