Six teams have booked their place in the Champions League knockout stages with a game to spare.
Paris Saint-Germain progress as Group A winners after coming from behind to draw at the Bernabeu against Real Madrid.
Zinedine Zidane’s side have also booked their place in the last 16 draw, progressing as runners up after Club Brugge drew with Galatasaray in Tuesday’s early kick-off.
Bayern Munich have sauntered their way to qualification in Group B, making it five wins from five with a crushing home victory over Red Star Belgrade.
Tottenham’s fightback at home to Olympiacos also sealed their place in the next round.
Manchester City meanwhile were held to a home draw against Shakhtar Donetsk but it was still enough for them to progress as Group C winners.
Juventus meanwhile confirmed their place at the summit of Group D with a win over Atletico Madrid.
Wednesday brings two huge fixtures with champions Liverpool hosting Napoli and Barcelona welcoming Borussia Dortmund to the Camp Nou. The winner of each of those contests will also book their place in the last 16.
Chelsea’s job is a little more complicated – the Blues, tonight’s opponents Valencia and Ajax all sit on seven points after four games – meaning the race for qualification could go down to the final set of fixtures in two weeks’ time.
