Who got dumped from Love Island on Monday? Another couple leave the villa after public vote

Another couple have packed their bags and left the Love Island villa after receiving their marching orders from viewers.

At the end of Monday night's Love Island, the Islanders were asked to gather at the fire pit where they learned that the public had been voting for their favourite couples. As Shaughna and Demi are single, they were immune from this public vote.

Luke M got a text which reads: “Islanders, the public has been voting for their favourite couple. The couples with the fewest votes risk being dumped from the Island tonight.”

The bottom three couples were then revealed and in the end it was Rebecca and Jordan who were dumped, after receiving the lowest number of viewer votes.

And don't be expecting to hear wedding bells soon as both of them have poured cold water on a relationship. In her exit interview, Rebecca said: "In the villa it got to a point where things went to a standstill and I didn’t see things progressing. It wasn’t going anywhere.

"And I think if you want to be with someone things should be progressing every day, not at a standstill. It became a friendship rather than being in a romantic couple."

Jordan added: "It started well with Rebecca because we were lusting after each other a bit. Then all of a sudden, we weren’t spending a lot of time together during the day and the times we were spending together, the conversation wasn’t flowing.

"We started off with loads of chemistry then the foundations of a relationship, like common interests and personality traits weren’t as much of a match as we thought they would be.

There was shock right at the end of the episode when it was also revealed that Eva and Nas would be dumped after the received the second lowest number of votes from viewers.
