Whitewater Shopping Centre has held a public birthday party for a special daily visitor, 98 year-old WW2 veteran Joe Woods.
This is now an annual event for one of the centre's most beloved customers who is a daily visitor to Whitewater.
Amongst the many treats that he deservedly got, Joe was serenaded by local singer Noel Porter, who performed his favourite track 'My Way' for him, as well as receiving an M&S birthday cake.
Members of the public were encouraged by the shopping centre to wish the friendly veteran a happy birthday.

If not, there's always next year.
