White Sox fans apparently like to have a drink during a game. Or precisely, 4.2 drinks.

A self-reporting survey of 2,631 MLB fans age 21 and older by NJ Online Gambling shows Sox fans average 4.2 alcoholic drinks per game and on average spend $46 on booze.

Considering Wrigleyville’s boozy reputation, Cubs fans surprisingly came in at the middle of the pack, ranking No. 14 at 3.4 drinks per game. They also spend $45 per game on alcohol.

Here are some other survey results:

  • Top 5 booziest fanbases: 1. White Sox 2. Atlanta Braves 3. Cincinnati Reds 4. Cleveland Indians 5. San Diego Padres.
  • Sox fans ranked 3rd among those who begin drinking before the game, with 67% saying they got an early start. Blue Jays and Cardinals fans topped the list. Cubs fans ranked No. 13 at 58%.
  • 24% of White Sox fans said they drink more when their team is playing poorly which ranked fifth among MLB fanbases. Cubs fans are ninth in the survey at 20%.
