Shocking footage captured the moment a zookeeper almost had his arm ripped off by a lion he was trying to feed.
Kannu Piraditta stood just inches away at Karachi Zoological Gardens in Sindh, Pakistan, when the incident took place.
Footage taken by the tourists on Monday captured the moment the beast clamped its teeth down on the keeper's arm.
Kannu, who was wearing a white top and blue trousers, struggles to break free and screams in pain as he is pulled towards the enclosure by the lion.

Worried tourists clap their hands in desperate bids to distract the lion.
Seconds later, the lion lets go and Kannu manages to pull his arm out and falls back a few steps.
His sleeve is ripped open, exposing his bloodied arm.

Kannu was rushed to the Civil Hospital Karachi where he is said to be in a stable condition.
Qamar Ayub, director of the Karachi Zoological Gardens said: "Our staff member was provided immediate treatment and he's stable now.
"It's an unfortunate incident and we have all sympathy with the zookeeper.
"We are providing best possible treatment to him and hope that he would be back home in two to three days."
However, Mr Ayub claimed the zookeeper had violated the guidance and was held responsible for the incident.
