Which songs home guitar players most like to play

Fender has revealed the most popular songs that the UK is playing on guitar right now, via its online learning platform, Fender Play. The data shows that music legends including David Bowie, Dolly Parton and Oasis are the ones inspiring us to pick up a guitar and play today, alongside newer acts like Billie Eilish and Ed Sheeran.

Fender Play offers a library of songs to play along to, with users able to choose a favourite genre and instrument of choice before Fender creates a personalised learning path just for you.

Research by the guitar giant recently found that just 15% of adults in the UK are content with their current skill set, with learning an instrument being one of the top desired new skills. 39 percent think that learning a new skill is good for the brain and Fender’s research also found that having a skill or hobby to concentrate on would better help them switch off from day-to-day life - something that 70 percent of people struggle with, taking longer than an hour to relax once home from work.
