Which? picks UK’s best mobile providers – here’s where yours ranks

  • A Which? survey found that Britain's largest mobile network operators are being outmanoeuvred by smaller competitors in terms of customer service.
  • Three, O2, and Lycamobile emerged as the lowest-performing networks, with Three receiving a dismal two-star rating across all categories including network reliability and technical support.
  • Talkmobile topped the rankings with an 83 per cent customer score, followed by Tesco Mobile on 81 per cent, both praised for their reliability, customer service, and value for money.
  • Customers using the 'big four' networks (EE, O2, Three, Vodafone) pay significantly more for contracts compared to those with smaller providers.
  • Which? advises customers unhappy with their service or looking to save money to switch to smaller providers, many of which use the same infrastructure as the larger networks.
