Newcastle Eldon Square's essential shops which are open during lockdown

Many of us know the drill by now as we get to grips with the third national lockdown, which allows essential shops to stay open while the non-essentials close.

But to help shoppers plan those essential trips, Eldon Square in Newcastle has confirmed which of its shops will remain open as well as which restaurants will offer delivery and click and collect services.

With Covid cases continuing to rise, the shopping centre is also keen to reassure customers of its stringent safety measures and that includes a requirement for everyone to wear a mask unless medically exempt.

Several Eldon Square stores, selling essential items, and also services are open during lockdown but, as usual, it advises people to double-check hours with their chosen individual shops and restaurant websites before paying a visit as opening times may vary.
