Every week we dig into the roster of the Pittsburgh Steelers opponent to think about which player we would poach for the upcoming game. This week’s opponent is one we all know well. The Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals have a long history as AFC North opponents. Pittsburgh and Cincinnati are struggling mightily this season and honestly the number of guys on the Bengals who would replace Steelers in the lineup. But here are some options.
All things considered, tight end C.J. Uzomah would be tough to pass up. He’s a young, talented pass catcher and would be an immediate upgrade at the position.
Additionally, safety Jessie Bates would be a nice addition. Despite trading for Minkah Fitzpatrick, Bates could give the Steelers a chance to play Fitzpatrick at his best position which is slot cornerback.
