Which LoL champions say ‘Metal… meet metal’?

Today’s LoLdle is all about metal. But which League of Legends champion can’t stop talking about this shiny material? Read on for some hints and the answer.

LoLdle quote May 13 hints

Hint 1: This champion hit the live servers in 2010.

This League champion is as old as nails. They’ve been around the block but haven’t really made much of a name for themselves over the years. They’ve undergone a rework or two, but are still quite a clunky champ.

Hint 2: This champion is a top laner.

I’ve seen this champion in the jungle and mid lane, but they’re best known for playing in the top lane. I know I just said they haven’t really made a name for themselves over the years, and while that’s generally true, they’re actually thriving at the moment. They have an impressive 51 percent win rate in the top lane.

Hint 3: This champion looks like something out of a horror movie.

This champion is the stuff of nightmares and could easily be featured in a horror film. They’re half metal, half man, and wear a scary gas mask. I wouldn’t want to get on the wrong side of them.

Still need help? We have the answer.

Who says “Metal… meet metal”?

Answer: The champion who says “Metal… meet metal” is Urgot, the Dreadnought.

The clue is in the metal. Urgot is basically made of metal. The champion was bound in iron chains in his lore, imprisoned in a mine deep beneath Zaun. He escaped and now poses a shadow over the criminal underworld. He looks like something straight out of Bioshock.

How many guesses did it take you to get to Urgot? Let us know in the comments below and check back tomorrow for the next LoLdle puzzle!
