Which KFC stores have re-opened across the UK for delivery?

Anyone else feel like they lost the love of their life when the majority of takeaways and fast food restaurants closed down due to the Coronavirus lockdown?

We’re looking at you McDonalds, Greggs and Nando’s … Well if you’re still pining over the closure of KFC, don’t. Because a select amount of stores have now re-opened.

For delivery only, KFC have opened a select number of branches and we are delighted by this welcomed news - ready for the weekend’s lockdown hangover too.

Food menus will be selective and less staff members will be in store to make sure their safety is a priority still. But this does mean you can get that all important Bargain Bucket delivered once more, contactless and to your door.

KFC restaurants locations that have re-opened:

  • Stockport
  • Staffordshire
  • Birmingham
  • Hulme
  • Portsmouth
  • Bracknell
  • Ipswich
  • Glasgow
  • Great Western Retail Park branches
  • Enfield
  • Manchester

A KFC spokesperson spoke to Tyla and said: "Over the last week, we've reopened 11 of our restaurants in the UK."

"They're open for delivery only and are serving a limited menu, operated by fewer team members with new procedures in place to help ensure we're following social distancing guidelines."

Showing support for all the NHS workers on the frontline, KFC added: "There's still a need for affordable, accessible food at this time - so we want to do our part."

"We've also donated thousands of meals from all our open restaurants to those on the frontline, including the NHS and key workers, in partnership with Deliveroo, and will continue to do so each week whilst the situation continues."

Our mouth is watering at the thought of that Original Recipe chicken touching our lips once more…
