Which dances will Helen Skelton and Gorka be performing during Saturday's Strictly final?

The final of Strictly is finally upon us. On Saturday, Helen Skelton and her pro partner, Gorka Marquez, will be battling it out against three other couples for the crown of Strictly winner 2022.

They have twirled and shimmied their way through the competition, wowing judges and the public alike with their rendition of popular dances, now it is time for the dancing duo to pull out all the stops. Come Saturday evening, Helen and Gorka will either be Strictly champions or they will be returning home empty handed.

And they are giving themselves the best chance of success, cramming in some last minute rehearsals this week as they make the finishing touches to their three dances. Yes, that's right, Helen and Gorka will not need to perform just one dance - they will need to be dancing a total of three during the final.

Like previous years, the judges' score will have no bearing on any couple's fate in the final - as it is all down to the public vote. So this means that the dancers will need to do their very best to impress us all at home.

The three dances that each couple needs to perform are broken down into categories. The categories are: judges pick, the couple's personal favourite, and a showdance.

What are Helen Skelton and Gorka Marquez's dances?

Judges' Pick: Jive to Tightrope by Janelle Monáe.

Favourite Dance: Couple’s Choice to Mein Herr by Liza Minnelli (from Cabaret).

Showdance: Shine by Emeli Sandé.
