Which 26 days to book off work in 2022 to get 62 days off

With a new year, means new holiday entitlement for some and people are already planning their breaks for the year and what time to take off work.

There's an easy way to make sure you get the maximum time off work possible - by strategically using Bank Holidays, workers can actually get 62 days away from their job by using just 26 days of their annual leave.

HolidayPirates have worked out the exact dates Brits need to book off, with the Queen's Platinum Jubilee in June 2022 a nice bonus on top of the usual Bank Holidays

Here's exactly when you need to book off work in 2022.

When to book:

January : 4-7 January (take four days off to get nine)

April : 11-14 April & 19-22 April (take eight days off to get 16)

May : 3-6 May (take four days off to get nine)

June : 30 May – 1 June (take three days off to get nine)

August : 30 August – 2 September (take four days off to get nine)

December : 28-30 December (take three days off to get 10)
