Where you've seen Emmerdale's Vinny Dingle actor before amid family secret

Emmerdale newcomer Vinny Dingle is at the centre of a new soap twist, with it confirmed he isn't the son of Mandy Dingle after all.

He made his village debut earlier in the year with it teased he was the secret child of Mandy's ex Paddy Kirk.

This was eventually denied, and in September the pair returned once more - bringing a new family bombshell with them.

Actor Bradley Johnson reprised his role as Vinny alongside Mandy actress Lisa Riley, and fans are now speculating the real identity of the newcomer - even suspecting Paddy could have a link to him.

But the actor is no stranger to having all eyes on him, or being at the centre of drama.

If you recognise actor Bradley, it could be from his time on BBC talent series Let It Shine back in 2017.

He performed Bring Him Home for an audience and judges Gary Barlow, Dannii Minogue and Martin Kemp on the BBC series.

The show searched for new talent to form a fictional boy band for a musical, which featured the music of Take That.

Prior to this, in 2015 the actor had a role in the BBC series The Syndicate.

He played Noah Stevenson in the show for four episodes during its third series.

Emmerdale is the actor's first soap role, and there's certainly more to come for the character.

Viewers learned this week that he wasn't the son of Mandy, but his true identity and parentage has not been confirmed.

This isn't the only family secret to rock the Dingles this month, as Cain Dingle learned Nate Robinson was his secret son he didn't know existed.

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
