There are a whole bunch of new Spire challenges available in Fortnite right now.
If you’ve come this far, you’ve likely already found the Cult Talisman and Cult Artifact but in case you haven’t, click those links for my guides to each of those challenges.
The penultimate challenge in the Spire quest chain—the final thing you do before heading back to talk with Raz and get your last mission—is pretty straightforward: Harvest a Wolf Fang, a Boar Tusk and three Chicken Feathers. All these animals have been roaming about the map in Season 6, but unless you have this challenge active you won’t ever get fang or tusk or feather drops, just meat and bones.
In any case, here’s a map of all the relevant animal spawns:
As you can see, some areas are better hunting grounds than others. Some areas are almost entirely devoid of wildlife. There are also Frogs and Raptors but neither of these are necessary to complete the quest.
Having a Hunter’s Cloak active will help you get close to these animals without them attacking or running away. This is also how you tame or pick up some animals, but for the purposes of this quest you’ll need to kill. Once slain, the animals will drop the necessary items, each of which will glow to show that it’s a quest item.
Then it’s back to Raz and from there, off to Don A Disguise and Strike 3 Resonant Crystals at the Spire.
