Proper Tacos

This is food that’s “rich in flavour, rooted in tradition and made with soul”, explain founders Teresa Lopez and her partner Scott Collinge. Lopez, from Mexico, wanted to establish a true taqueria in London, and has done just that. Find these guys out in Leytonstone, a trek but one worth taking. It’s a fun place for boozy evenings where tacos come thick and fast.
