Where should you take Vikings WR Adam Thielen in your fantasy draft?

Vikings wide receiver Adam Thielen has been one of the more consistent wide receivers in the NFL, averaging 102 catches, 1,324.5 yards and nine touchdowns over the last two seasons.

With 194 fantasy points last season, Thielen ranked 39th in the league, and sixth among wide receivers.

Thielen will be 29 when the 2019 season starts, and there’s really no reason for his numbers to fall off.

So, where will he go in your upcoming fantasy draft?

Per Pro Football Focus, Thielen is ranked in tier four of wide receivers with A.J. Green, Stefon Diggs, Julian Edelman, Brandin Cooks, Robert Woods and Tyreke Hill.

There are a total of 11 receivers higher than Thielen on the list, not including the guys in his tier.

ESPN has Thielen ranked as the 15th receiver and 32nd player overall, which would make him an early third-round pick.

In you’re participating in a draft in Minnesota, Thielen will likely go somewhere in the second round because that’s what fans do.

Somewhere as a late second-round or early third-round pick seems about right for Thielen, who has rewarded fantasy owners over the last two seasons.
