Where Nottingham Forest rank among 'dirtiest' Championship teams this season

Nottingham Forest rank as one of the least "dirty" team in the Championship so far this season.

Forest have picked up 16 yellow cards and one red card in their opening 12 league fixtures of the 2021-22 campaign.

Only Sheffield United have collected fewer bookings (14), while Middlesbrough top the naughty list with 33 yellows and two red cards.

Jordan Gabriel was sent off for Forest after picking up a second yellow in the 2-1 defeat to Blackburn Rovers back in August but that has been a rare blemish on the disciplinary front.

Bristol City, who play host to the Reds on Tuesday night, and Hull City have also collected 16 bookings, like Forest.

Hull, though, have seen red twice, while the Robins are yet to have a player dismissed in the league this term.
