Where Nottingham Forest, Leeds United and West Brom stand in the latest Championship promotion odds

Following the completion of matchday 11, the Championship will take a much-needed pause for breath after a hectic three-game week.

The international break will offer each of the 24 clubs a chance to regroup and reflect on their efforts, with just under a quarter of the season played.

West Brom returned back to the top of the table after their midweek defeat against Leeds United, responding with a 4-2 triumph over Cardiff City.

Only goal difference separates the Baggies from their nearest rivals Nottingham Forest who haven't lost since losing to Slaven Bilic's side on the opening day of the season, ten games ago.

Swansea City and Leeds United were both put to the sword by Stoke City and Millwall respectively, whilst Preston North End kept up their impressive form at Deepdale with a 5-1 thumping win over Barnsley.

At the bottom of the table, Huddersfield Town secured back-to-back wins by convincingly seeing off Hull City with a 3-0 win.

That victory lifted them out of the bottom three at the expense of Reading, who were beaten 1-0 by Bristol City.

With only four points separating first and tenth, the Championship is as typically tight as always.
