The winners of last year’s Western Morning News Business Awards reads like a roll call of the biggest and brightest names in Devon and Cornwall.
Last year, Princess Yachts was crowned Business of the Year and Small Business of the Year went to Awcock Ward Partnership, based in Exeter.
The awards were scooped by worthy winners, and now we’re on the hunt for a new batch of brilliant businesses to be crowned for 2019.
Has your business got what it takes to join them in the hall of fame?
We caught up with some of last year’s winners to see where they are now, and why they think you should apply for the Western Morning News Business Awards.

Celtic and Co, winners of Family Business of the Year said: “Celtic & Co were overjoyed to receive recognition for our success at the WMN Business Awards last year, something the entire company was incredibly proud of.
“We would urge local businesses to enter as it is a great way of focussing on achievements and setting new goals for the future.
“As we continue to grow our business, especially international trade, it really is a team effort, not just by all of us here at Celtic & Co, we couldn’t do it all without the contributions from our long-standing suppliers and of course the support we receive from all of our customers.”
The Western Morning News Business Awards has established itself as one of the most prestigious events in the local calendar.
This year, the awards ceremony will be held at the Plymouth Pavilions on Thursday, November 21.
