Where is the Love Island 2019 villa? Where is the ITV show set?

The news series of Love Island is about to start and presenter Caroline Flack has been out in sunny Spain since early May.

Set in Majorca, the villa is on the east east of the island, in Sant Llorenc des Cardassar.

The two previous seasons of the dating show have taken place in the same villa, so there is a good chance it will be the same this year.

But, it is likely that it will get a makeover ready for the 2019 cohort.

Love Island villa pool (ITV)

Last year's revamp included colourful walls, Glam Room, infinity pool and a secret love pad - the hideaway.

And we are expecting even more this year.

The villa is nestled in the Majorcan countryside with sprawling views, making a perfect backdrop for the new contestants to find romance and, hopefully, love.

Love Island is due to start on June 3 on ITV2 at 9pm.
