This is schoolgirl Mackenzie Russell, who is at the centre of a police search after vanishing almost a week ago.
Merseyside Police have today turned to the public in a bid to help find the 13-year-old from the Wirral .
Police say she was was last seen in Thirlmere Avenue in Prenton at 12.45pm on Saturday, July 27.
As part of the appeal they issued a picture of the schoolgirl.
She is described as white, 5ft 1in tall, with light brown hair in a long ponytail.
When last seen she was wearing a long multi-coloured T shirt, blue jeans and black trainers and carrying a brown bag.
She is known to visit New Brighton beach and promenade.
