Coronavirus is spreading through the UK at a record pace, with the number of cases jumping from 456 to 596 in a single day.
Today it was revealed that another two patients, an 89-year-old and a woman in her 60s, have died from the disease in London.
As of 9am today, 590 people were diagnosed with Covid-19 in the UK, up from 456 on Wednesday, after almost 30,000 tests.
It has since been announced that a further six people have tested positive for coronavirus in Wales, bringing the total number of cases in the country to 25.
The latest infections include 24 cases in Scotland, a paramedic with the East of England Ambulance Service, a University of Bristol student and a second staff member at Aintree University Hospital in Liverpool.

Two new cases have been confirmed in Northern Ireland today, bringing the total to 20.
The Government has accepted that the outbreak can no longer be contained and has transitioned to the delay phase of its action plan.
Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon announced the change following a COBRA meeting.

UK coronavirus deaths
1. March 4: The first person to die was a woman in her 70s, who had underlying health conditions. She was being treated at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading.
2. March 4: An 83-year-old great-grandfather, who had recently returned from a Caribbean cruise, died at Milton Keynes University Hospital. He had underlying conditions as well.
His relatives said in a statement: "He was 83-years-old and a wonderful husband, dad, grandad and great-grandad who would go to any lengths to support and protect his family.”
3. March 8: The third person to die was a 60-year-old man who had been in Italy. He was receiving treatment at North Manchester General Hospital.
The man, originally from Bangladesh, suffered from cholesterol, arthritis, heart problems, liver problems and shortness of breath, according to his family.
4. March 9: Health officials announced the death of a woman in her 70s at New Cross Hospital in Wolverhampton. Like the others, the patient had pre-existing health problems.
5. March 9: The fifth fatality - a person in their 70s at St Helier Hospital in Sutton, Surrey - was announced shortly after the Wolverhampton death was confirmed.
The patient in Surrey had a number of significant and long-term health conditions.
6. March 9: A man in his 80s died at Watford General Hospital as he was treated for underlying conditions.
7. March 11: A patient in their 70s, being treated for underlying health conditions, died of coronavirus at Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley, West Midlands,.
8. March 11: An elderly patient died of Covid-19 at Nuneaton's George Eliot Hospital. Like the other patients, the pensioner was being treated for a number of serious underlying health conditions.
9. March 12: An 89-year-old patient "who was very unwell with underlying health conditions" died at Charing Cross Hospital in central London, it was announced.
10. March 12: Officials confirmed the death of a woman in her 60s, who had been suffering from "significant other health conditions", at Queen's Hospital in Romford, east London.
