Where do Vikings’ ‘triplets’ rank in NFL?

Ali Bhanpuri over at NFL.com recently ranked each team’s ‘triplets.’

What is a triplet, you ask? It’s a team’s quarterback, running back and wide receiver combination.

For the Vikings, Bhanpuri used Kirk Cousins, Dalvin Cook and Stefon Diggs (not Adam Thielen) for this exercise.

He ranked the Vikings No. 16 on the list.

If we wanted to rank quadruplets, it feels like the Vikings would be in the top-10 on this list considering Thielen’s talent as well.

The potential for this group is very high. With Diggs and Thielen, you have two of the best receivers in the game. If Dalvin Cook can stay healthy (and that’s a big if) he’s one of the better running backs in the league. Cousins, well, he’s a slightly above-average quarterback – most of the time.

To round out the NFC North, the Bears rank 23, the Lions rank 19 and the Packers rank fourth.
