Where Chelsea can win or lose the top four race against Spurs, Arsenal and Manchester United

Chelsea have been handed a huge incentive to claim a top three finish in the Premier League.

With Tottenham Hotspur failing to beat Bournemouth yesterday afternoon, the Blues can climb above their London rivals today and stay there with a win on the final day of the season next weekend.

There has been plenty of twists and turns in recent weeks, but whoever can win back-to-back games over the next two gameweeks will surely be playing Champions League football next season.

Here's who all four sides will be facing in their remaining league games:

12/05 - Leicester City (a)

Arsenal fixtures
