Where Bengals rank on ‘The Richest NFL Teams by 2025’ list

The Cincinnati Bengals face a critical few upcoming years as an organization.

Those Bengals see their lease in the area expire in 2026, with negotiations on an extension expected to start around 2024.

It’s interesting, then, to take a look at projecting the team’s financial future and where it stands compared to the rest of the NFL.

Bookies.com analyzed the revenue data from 2012-2020 and projected the Bengals to bring in roughly $516 million in revenue by 2025. That ranks the team 30th out of 32, with only the Los Angeles Chargers and Las Vegas Raiders slotting below them.

Of course, factors like national popularity, success and even outside unexpected hurdles (think, attendance woes like last season due to the pandemic) will play a role in the actual numbers in the coming years.

Not that the Bengals aren’t used to slotting similarly. The team is looking to upgrade the fan experience at games and the stadium itself in the coming years, so the arrow should keep pointing up.
