There's nothing like a quick glug of water as you make your way along a race route.
But just when should you expect to see them?
Along the Belfast City Half Marathon route, you'll see four water stations.
After starting at Ormeau Park, you'll see the first at around the five mile mark on the Albertbridge Road.
Next up, will be a water station on Sydenham Road as you make your way to eight miles, with more water available on the Falls Road.
The final water station will be located around the Dublin Road between 11 and 12 miles.
Race organisers also provide energy gel at two spots, as well as two separate stations for energy drinks.
Toilets are provided at three spots around the route, and there are first aid stations at three points, too.
They can be found on Sydeham Road, Falls Road and around the Dublin Road. Check out the map to see where they are.
