Where have I'm A Celebrity contestants been staying? Fans question Ant and Dec on stars' location

I'm A Celebrity viewers have questioned the show's hosts Ant and Dec on where the contestants have been quarantining after being evacuated from Gwrych Castle at the weekend.

Just like many other parts of the UK, Wales felt the full force of Storm Arwen on Friday and Saturday, with I'm A Celebrity' s production offices significantly damaged by the extreme weather conditions.

And on Saturday night, a statement was released by ITV to confirm that the stars had been removed from the castle in Abergele and into quarantine, with it reading: "Whilst we get the production base back up and running after suffering technical issues due to the storm, we have removed the celebrities from the castle.

"The celebrities will individually return to quarantine to ensure they remain Covid secure.

"Celebrities will return to the castle once the whole production is safely re-established."

The source added that the quarantine conditions for the celebrities would be the same as they had pre-show.

However, a growing number of I'm A Celebrity fans are convinced the celebs have been living in luxury for the past few days.

And as presenting duo Ant and Dec confirmed that the show would be back live from the castle on Tuesday, many of their followers wanted information on where exactly the celebs have been isolating.

One replied: "Give it up lads, its been a shambles this year ...celebs been roughing it in a 5 star hotel for days now," with another asking them: "So have the celebs been eating rice and beans still and uncomfortable beds/cold showers...?

A third commented: "Where have the celebs been while all this has been going on?? Did they get to eat?," with another asking: "So have the celebrities been allowed to eat normally and shower properly and everything in this time?"

Many others told told Ant and Dec how happy they were that the show was coming back, having been cancelled for four nights in a row due to the impact of Storm Arwen.
