Where are all the coronavirus testing sites in the UK?

Thousands of people a day are getting tested for coronavirus in the UK.

With infections rising across the country, demand for tests is also increasing.

New coronavirus testing sites are being set up, while the government insists it is ramping up lab capacity.

Ministers are also urging people to only book a test if they have Covid-19 symptoms, or if they have directly been told to by a clinician.

But where exactly can you get a coronavirus test?

The Department of Health has set up around 200 testing sites across the UK since the start of the pandemic.

There are also 172 mobile testing units deployed across the country serving areas where demand is particularly high.

The UK currently has 75 regional drive-through sites, which you'll need a car to access, and 87 local walk-in sites, which are accessible by car or foot, in operation.

Whichever test centre you attend, you must first book an appointment online.
