Taking a dig at the BJP, the Shiv Sena on Tuesday asked when will it run bulldozers over structures built by China in Ladakh.
An editorial in Saamna said that while the BJP was celebrating the victory of the sixth RS seat in Maharashtra, it was running scared in Ladakh, where it is most important to win.
"China has infiltrated Ladakh...but the 'Gujarat Regiment' has shut its mouth permanently. This is a matter of national security and self-respect," it said. "After a BJP spokesperson insulted the Prophet, Muslims...took to the streets...Riots erupted in Kanpur, Delhi and Prayagraj...cases were registered against them and their houses and shops were bulldozed...When will these bulldozers demolish illegal roads, bridges, buildings erected by China at the border in Ladakh?"
