Varun Dhawan tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend Natasha Dalal last year in Alibaug. The couple kept the wedding low-key with only their close friends and families in attendance.
Spilling some beans on the same, the actor had earlier told a news portal that they had to be responsible owing to the pandemic and follow rules. According to him, he is someone who didn't want to do something big. The actor also added that he had elderly citizens from his family coming. He wanted everyone to be safe and that's why the wedding was kept low key.
Elaborating further, Varun added that their low-key wedding was also a reflection of their personalities. According to the actor, he is someone who doesn’t like to make a spectacle of his personal life. Even Natasha doesn’t belong to the film world. The show-sha is too much and it wasn’t the time for that.
Natasha and Varun have been childhood sweethearts and have been dating each other for a long time now.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Varun has a line-up of some very interesting films in his kitty. He will next be seen in ‘Bhediya’ co-starring Kriti Sanon, ‘Jug Jugg Jeeyo’ where he will be seen sharing the screen space with Kiara Advani, Anil Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor in key roles.
The actor also has Sriram Raghavan’s ‘Ekkis’ and Arun Khetarpal biopic. He has also been roped in for Nitesh Tiwari's untitled next with Kiara Advani.
