When the first Rangers vs Celtic clash will be played and the other derby dates

Steven Gerrard and Neil Lennon will lock horns for the first time in season 2019/20 on Saturday, August 31.

Rangers will host bitter rivals Celtic four games into the new Scottish Premiership campaign.

Last season, the two Glasgow giants faced each other four times in the league – with both sides securing two wins.

Now Gerrard will look for his side to get off to a flier in the derbies as they prepare to welcome Celtic at Ibrox.

The traditional New Year derby will take place on December 29 at Celtic Park while the final one before the split will be on March 14 2020.

All three fixtures will be moved for TV where they will either be made earlier kick-offs or moved to the Sunday.
