Manchester's famous Christmas Markets open again today, kicking off six weeks of festive food and fun.
The markets first opened in 1998, and have grown and grown ever since. And, with more than 220 stalls across nine sites throughout the city centre, this year's markets are set to bring some seasonal cheer to Manchester in the run-up to Christmas.
But is that season too long? Have you already brought the baubles down from the loft? Or are you more 'no no no' than 'ho ho ho' and think a long Christmas season makes the time less special?

So, should Christmas really start while we can still smell the fireworks from Bonfire Night? Or is that the sort of thing Ebenezer Scrooge might have said before the ghosts gave him a kicking?
