It is not long until the new Championship season gets underway, with Nottingham Forest’s fixtures revealed this morning.
The Reds will kick off the 2020/21 campaign with a trip to QPR. But it is the two meetings with arch-rivals Derby County that many fans first look out for.
And Sabri Lamouchi’s men will first come up against the Rams in October, with their near-neighbours visiting the City Ground on Saturday, October 24.
Forest have a good record against Derby under Lamouchi - the Frenchman unbeaten in three matches last term.
A 3-0 thumping in the Carabao Cup last August was followed by a 1-0 triumph in the league, with both matches taking place on Trentside.

Lamouchi couldn’t quite make it three wins as the visitors were held to a 1-1 draw at Pride Park in July, following the second tier’s restart.
This coming season, the Reds will make the trip on Saturday, February 27.
Both East Midlands derby clashes are currently scheduled for 3pm kick-offs, although there is always the possibility of the games being moved for live TV selection.
Forest have not lost to the Rams since October 2017.
