Uday Chopra, who turned a year older today, has been in the news often for his relationship with Nargis Fakhri in the past. On the occasion of his birthday today, we took a trip down memory lane and dug out the interview of the actress from last year where she opened up about her relationship with the actor.
In a no holds-barred interview with ETimes, Nargis had said, “Uday and I dated for 5 years and he was the most beautiful human I met in India. I never have said this to the press as people told me to keep my relationship quiet, but I regret that because I should have shouted from the mountain tops that I was with such a beautiful soul. The internet and social media is very fake and the people out there won't know what the truth is. Most often we idolise certain people who are actually bad behind closed doors.”
After working as an assistant director, Uday made his acting debut with ‘Mohabbatein’ in 2000. He has films like, ‘Dhoom’ franchise, ‘Neal 'n' Nikki’, ‘Pyaar Impossible’ and others to his credit. He has been missing from the silver screen for a long time now.
Nargis, on the other hand, will next be seen in a film with Anupam Kher and Neena Gupta.
