Arsenal supporters are looking forward to seeing new signing Kieran Tierney in action.
The left-back's move from Celtic was officially confirmed on Thursday afternoon, making him the fifth of six new arrivals at the Emirates Stadium so far this summer.
Tierney will wear the no.3 shirt - vacated by Kieran Gibbs following his move to West Brom a couple of seasons ago - and has already trained at London Colney.
The Gunners are back in action on Sunday as they face Newcastle United in the first game of their 2019/2020 Premier League campaign.
But is Tierney in contention to make his Arsenal bow at St James' Park?
Well, the answer is no.
This is because the Scotland international is still recovering from a double hernia operation which kept him out of Celtic's pre-season and Champions League qualifiers this summer.
Although, he is hoping to be back in action very soon.
"Obviously I'm injured now, but I'm just looking forward to getting back on the pitch, training and getting involved with the squad," Tierney told Arsenal.com.

"I had a double hernia operation in the summer. I'm just getting back fit now, I'm just getting back involved with a ball and back running.
"So hopefully it's not going to be too long."
After the trip to Tyneside, the Gunners face Burnley at home, Liverpool away and have the small matter of the north London derby against Spurs early next month in the final game before the first international break of the season.
But following confirmation that Tierney is hoping to resume full training in 4-6 weeks, it's looking likely that his debut won't come until September.
Whenever that first appearance takes place for Tierney, Arsenal fans are going to love seeing him in action.
