Jake Paul is planning to take a year off away from from boxing after facing Tommy Fury next month.
The YouTube sensation turned boxing star is currently in training camp in Puerto Rico ahead of the fight with 22-year-old Fury.
The fight will be Paul's third of the year after defeating former UFC stars Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley.
The two will clash in the ring on December 18 in Tampa, Florida, having gone back and forth for months.
And afterwards, Paul is planning to turn his attention to his business interests before potentially returning to the ring late in 2022.
Paul told the Bill Simons podcast : "I think genuinely I am going to take some time off. I said I was going to take some time off after the Woodley fight but I felt good and wanted to go again.
"It has been non-stop, I haven't been on vacation since I moved to Los Angeles so I feel like I am finally at a spot to do that and spend some time chilling.
"Who knows I may fight at the end of the year if there is an opponent lined up, but I am going to get back into the long-term business plan as it is impossible to manage during a training camp."
Social media star turned boxer Paul is undefeated at 4-0 in the ring, as is Fury, 7-0, – half-brother of heavyweight champion Tyson Fury.
The two have gone back and forth over the last few months, with Tommy's brother Tyson joking that should Paul beat Tommy, he should change his name in an interview with Boxing Social.
In response, Paul said that if he gets the better of Tommy, he should change his name to “Tommy Fumbles.” If Tommy wins, Paul would stump up an extra $500,000 of his fight purse.
"I offered Fury to change his name to Tommy Fumbles or put up $500,000 of his purse if he loses," Paul told ESPN.
"He chose to agree to change his name. Guess he puts more value on money than he does his own family name.
"Maybe he knows his family is disowning him once he loses, so money and [Tommy's girlfriend and UK TV personality] Molly [Mae-Hague] is all he's going to have left."
