Kicking off at 10pm local time, fans here in the UK will be able to enjoy the action at a changed and more reasonable time of 7pm GMT.
Elsewhere, a middleweight bout between Robert Whittaker and Jared Cannonier has been rescheduled for this event.
In what could turn out to be a good night for Russian fighting, Khabib's cousin Umar is also on the card and featherweight Zabit Magomedsharipov squares up against Yair Rodriguez.
The fight has been delayed twice before - originally booked for UFC 228 and UFC Fight Night in August - due to Rodriguez' injury problems.
