Tommy Fury is going to have a difficult choice on his hands as he must make a definitive decision over which of two female Love Island contestants he must choose between.

The 20-year-old from Manchester is currently coupled with Hertfordshire based beauty Molly-Mae Hague.

However, newcomer Maura Higgins, 28, from County Longford, has made absolutely no secret of the fact that she finds finds Tommy desperately attractive - and she has hinted she fully intends to steal him away from Molly-Mae, 20.

Indeed, viewers have been borderline shocked by Maura’s brazen attempts to seduce Tommy while he has been attempting to forge a romance with Molly-Mae.

And her bold actions have now caused upset for her love rival - with the ladies taking to the fire pit to confront one another.

“I woke up this morning and the first thing I’ve been told is that you went in for a kiss last night. I did tell you yesterday where my head was at. You keep saying you’re a girl’s girl but the fact you went in for a kiss, that’s really hurt me,” Molly-Mae tells Maura in scenes set to air on the hit ITV2 show tonight.

But Maura seems anything but apologetic.

“I do feel like me and Tommy have a connection. I don’t want to upset anyone in here. It’s up to Tommy,” she retorts.

She then hints she is willing to fight for Tommy’s affection, saying: “What else am I meant to do? I am in here for one reason.”

But Molly-Mae suggests Maura should follow the ‘Girl Code’ and back off - since Tommy has already begun romancing her

“I think I would just really respect you and like you as a girl if you can just be open and honest with me about what goes on between you and Tommy from now on and I’ll do the same,” she agues.

The confrontation only appears to irk Maura - who then confides to the cameras that she is going to continue her mission to deduce Tommy.

“Surely I don’t have to run anything past Molly? She is upset that I went in for a kiss even though the kiss didn’t happen. If she told the boy that she liked him then fair enough but she didn’t,” Maura baks in the Beach Hut.

Molly-Mae also tells Maura: “I’m not going to stop you from getting to know him but I’m going to carry on doing what I’m doing.”
