When is the Love Island 2021 final?

Love Island fans have been glued to their TVs every night without fail this summer.

So much has happened on the ITV2 hit reality dating show over the past weeks, with even more drama still in store.

When is the final?

Love Island 2021 first aired on Monday, June 28 when the original cast of boys and girls entered the villa for the first time.

The show has aired every evening at 9pm, except for on Saturdays, where ITV2 hosts a special 'Unseen Bits' instead.

While bosses haven't officially confirmed an exact date for the final, they did let it slip in a competition post.

They offered the chance for two fans to attend the final screening party on Monday, August 23.

This date also matches up with the usual running time of 49 episodes - totaling eight weeks.

The finale, hosted by Laura Whitmore, is expected to last for 90 minutes.

What is the prize?

Three couples will end up in the final, but only one will be crowned the 2021 winners, and given the £50k prize.

However, as with every year, there is a twist at the end.

The islander who has been dealt the £50k envelope must decide whether to split or steal the prize sum.

We will keep this story updated.
