The 61st annual Grammy Awards saw Childish Gambino and Lady Gaga win big, with the pair scooping five gongs between them.
Cardi B also made history on Sunday night as the first female solo artist to take home the Best Rap Album trophy for her debut, Invasion of Privacy.
And in one of the night's biggest surprises, former First Lady Michelle Obama made an unexpected cameo appearance as she joined host Alicia Keys, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez and Jada Pinkett Smith on stage to deliver an emotive speech about music's power to unite.

When is the Grammys on UK TV?
Sadly, no UK broadcasters televised this year's awards, but you can tune into a highlights show on 4Music from 7.30pm tonight.
The American coverage started at 5pm PST last night, meaning it didn't start until the early hours of this morning for us Brits.
And although 2018’s ceremony shook things up a little by decamping to Madison Square Gardens in New York City, it was business as usual for this year, with the star-studded bash returning to its long-term venue, the Staples Centre in California.
What are the performances to look out for?
Cardi B's theatrical rendition of Money was one of the night's hihglights, as was a steamy duet between St. Vincent and Dua Lipa with Masseduction.
Kacey Musgraves closed the show with a stunning performance of Rainbow, while Dolly Parton starred in her own tribute, performing a medly of her songs with Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry and Maren Morris.
The highlight of Diana Ross' night was the cute introduction by a grandson with a mountain of hair.
Brandi Carlile sang an inspired version of her hit The Joke, and Camila Cabello opened the show with an extravagent set which saw Ricky Martin also take to the stage.
Who won big?
Childish Gambino and Lady Gaga were the biggest winners, as was Cardi B.
Gambino, real name Donald Glover, scooped three of the night’s biggest awards, Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Video of the Year, for his incendiary track This Is America, which is the first hip-hop Song of the Year winner in Grammys history.
Lady Gaga accepted two awards for the A Star Is Born soundtrack and a further gong for Best Vocal Performance for Joanne.
The night also marked a huge career milestone for Ariana Grande as she picked up her first Grammy for Sweetener.
Album of the Year went to Kacey Musgraves, who also put in a strong showing in the Grammys' country music categories.
Dua Lipa was the only British artist to take home a trophy in a major category, becoming the first UK star to receive that honour since Sam Smith in 2015.
