Just one month on from last season’s final, the Uefa Europa League is back with teams set to learn their opponents for this season’s group stage today.
Arsenal and Leicester represent the Premier League this season, with Tottenham also in after thrashing Maccabi Haifa 7-2 on Thursday to claim their place in the tournament.
Following the late finish to last season's tournament, the competition will get underway a month later than usual, with group fixtures scheduled for October 22.
Uefa remain confident they can squeeze the full tournament into a tighter schedule.

When is the Europa League draw?
The draw for the Europa League takes place today (October 2) following on from the Champions League draw, which took place on Thursday.
When does the Europa League draw start?
The ceremony will take place in Nyon, Switzerland with proceedings getting underway at 12pm BST.

The draw will be streamed live via Uefa’s official website.

How will the seeding pots work?
Prior to today's draw the 48 teams set to compete in this year's tournament will be divided into four seeding pots, which will be determined by their coefficient rankings.
For example, Arsenal are leading the way in the teams already qualified, with Roma in second.
There will then be 12 groups formed, with each containing one team from each seeding tier, while no club from the same country will be drawn together.
The exact draw procedure is yet to be confirmed.
