Just a few days short of a year after the current season began, we are on the brink of finding out which Championship side will clinch Premier League promotion by winning the play-off final.
It could now be one of two teams - Brentford or Fulham - following the conclusion of the play-off semi-finals.

Brentford managed to knock Swansea City out of the running with a 3-1 win on Wednesday evening, more than cancelling out the Swans' 1-0 lead from the first leg at the Liberty Stadium.
As for Cardiff City, they were 2-0 down from the first leg and despite winning 2-1 in the second leg, it was Fulham who went through on aggregate.

The Championship play-off final will kick off at 7.45pm .
What TV channel will it be on?
The Championship play-off final will be broadcast live on Sky Sports, with coverage on its Main Event and Football channels beginning at 7pm.
What about live streaming?
Sky customers can live stream the match via the Sky Go app or the website.
But live streaming services like iFollow or equivalent streaming packages purchased by season ticket holders only included regular season games and not play-off fixtures, so the final will not be available to watch via those channels.
