Swansea City will face Brentford in the Championship play-off final at Wembley.
Steve Cooper's side drew 1-1 with Barnsley at the Liberty Stadium to secure a 2-1 aggregate victory over the Tykes to book their place in the crucial match to try and return to the Premier League.
It comes after Brentford beat Bournemouth 3-1 in the semi-final second leg, securing an aggregate win of 3-2.
