Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool are all guaranteed a spot amongst the eight groups, with Tottenham Hotspur hoping to navigate themselves one more qualifying round to draw them.
Whilst the competition won't begin until the end of next month, October 1 signals the start of European dreams for each English club.

When is the Champions League draw?
The draw for the group stages will be on Thursday, October 1 at 4pm.
Where will it be held?
The draw will be made at the RTS studios in Geneva, Switzerland.

The draw will be streamed live via Uefa’s official website.

How will the draw work?
The teams will be split into four seeding pots. Pot 1 consists of the holders, the UEFA Europa League winners and the champions of the six highest-ranked nations.
Pots 2 to 4 are determined by the club coefficient rankings.
No team can play a club from their own association, with the exact draw procedure to be confirmed before the ceremony.

As the Premier League champions, Liverpool will be in pot one.
