When is the Carabao Cup quarter-final draw? Soccer AM as Liverpool progress

The quarter-final draw of the Carabao Cup will take place live on Soccer AM this Saturday.

Liverpool beat Preston North End at Deepdale 2-0 to progress to the quarter-finals.

The Reds come into the game on the back of a comfortable 5-0 Premier League win over Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Jurgen Klopp has regularly rotated in the Carabao Cup so far this season and made 11 changes for the game against Preston.

And having overcome their Championship opponents they will discover their quarter-final fate on Saturday morning with the draw set to take place during Soccer AM.

Presented by John Fendley, co-presenter Jimmy Bullard will be selecting the ties alongside actor and Leyton Orient fan Danny Mays.

The show starts at 10.30am and runs for 90 minutes and will be live on both Sky Sports Main Event and Premier League.

Both Arsenal and Chelsea have already booked their places in the draw after overcoming Leeds United and Southampton respectively on Tuesday night.

As well as Liverpool taking on Preston on Wednesday night, West Ham beat holders Man City, Burnley knocked out Tottenham to Turf Moor and Brentford overcame Stoke City in the competition's remaining games.

Manchester City are the current holders of the Carabao Cup and have claimed the trophy in each of the last four seasons.
